Picked this up the other day for 500 clams, got it home and it was a bit rustier than I though so I blew it apart, waiting in parts to come in this weekend and then hopefully I’ll have it all back together.

Nice ride and a nice price!

I grew up with a 185s. Gave it away in HS, great machine and I would like to find another someday.

Nice!! I had one of those when I was a kid that I bought non-running. It turned out that the valves were bent in the xr-200 engine that somebody had swapped into it. I terrorized the woods around our house for years on that thing. My mom later admitted that she only let me buy it because she thought there was no way I’d ever get it running. I blew it up at some point and replaced it with a brand new take-out 200s engine that the trade center at my high school had stashed in a barn. I think there were 4-5 of them in there donated by Honda when 3-wheelers got banned. I think I sold it for like $500 not too long after the new engine.

Another one of the engines from the barn made an old riding mower go WAY too fast. :lmao:

I had the 185 version of that. Rode it for a couple months before moving up to a 250R.

If I remember right
I think you could actually rent this machine for a time from UHaul
200 or 185, I cant remember
10y/o me had a hell of a time with the pull start
